About Maintenance Management, Inc.
MMI was founded in 1993 by Vince Carroll. At that time, Vince had spent over 15 years in the commercial roofing industry in and around Philadelphia. After so many years estimating and project managing commercial tear-offs and new roof installations, Vince had an idea that would become the foundation of the MMI business model. That idea, although not a new term to the roofing industry, was Roof Asset Management. In other words, MMI would become a roof maintenance company.

Detailed Inspection Reports
After a commercial or residential roof inspection is completed from our team, an inspection report will be provided to the customer. These reports will include current condition, deficiencies, and suggested proactive repairs. Digital photos are provided with each report explaining what concerns may have been discovered. Once a plan is formulated, we can implement that plan and assist with the repairs.
Our other services include roof repair, roof replacement, preventative maintenance, liquid applied coating systems, and siding replacement.
Leak Free Results
Being a full-service building envelope moisture control inspection firm, MMI also specializes in below grade waterproofing inspections. We are certified inspectors for CETCO and have completed thousands of projects with leak free results allowing owners to procure their HydroShield Warranty. MMI can also handle your waterproofing inspections for a variety of other product manufacturers.
Based in Oxford, MMI is proud to provide leak-free results for our residential and commercial customers in the greater Philadelphia area.
Commercial Roof Restoration
MMI is also well versed with specifying commercial roof restoration materials. This includes a variety of liquid applied coating systems. With numerous projects completed, MMI can perform the inspection as well as provide infrared photos and roof test cuts to be sure your roof is a good candidate for roof restoration.
