"MMI came out quickly after I called them and gave me a free estimate including photos of the existing roof and explained my options. The price was reasonable and they completed the roof replacement professionally. They also cleaned up the yard after themselves so there was no mess. I appreciate the great customer service they provided and am very happy that they did a great job!"

"I’ve worked with Maintenance Management for many of my projects throughout my portfolio. Eric and his team are very prompt, courteous, processional, fair and easy to work with. They have excellent communication and always keep my best interest in mind. One thing I love about this company is that they take before and after pictures of their work and we all know pictures are worth a thousand words. Hire them. You won’t be disappointed."

"Great company! I have used them on multiple projects. They are always great. Siding and roofing. On time and very clean"

"Maintenance Management has been working for our commercial real estate firm for over 15 years. They perform commercial real estate roofing repairs and bi-annual roofing inspections of all of our shopping centers. They are a top notch firm. They are consistently professional and customer service oriented. They always resolve tenant leak issues within the time frame requested. I recommend them to others with 5 stars!"

"Working with Maintenance Management over the last few years has been exceptional. Eric has always been quick to respond and makes no delay in scheduling site visits with me to review work. Communication overall is excellent and the turnaround time on proposals is very short. He takes every action possible to make my own work easier and I can say without fail, that his work has always exceeded expectations. This is and will continue to be for a long time a great working relationship."

"I highly encourage anyone in need of a new roof to use Eric Carroll and the Maintenance Management Inc. team. I received multiple quotes and decided to move forward with Eric based on price and comfort. Eric is very responsive and answered every question I had. He takes time to show you the product offerings and took care of filing my warranty paperwork. The MMI team that installed our roof was respectful to us and our property. Couldn’t have had a better all around experience."
