Parx Chiller Roof

Removal and replacement of existing EPDM roof system. New roof consisted of a Versico fully adhered EPDM and tapered insulation. A vapor barrier and cover board were also installed.

Philadelphia Skylight

A new Philadelphia Skylight was installed with high-quality DelVal aluminum coating on a flat rooftop in Drexel Hill.

Patio Roof - Broomall

A new patio roof job in Broomall is completed. Shingles, flashing, and gutters by Maintenance Management, Inc.

Recent roof restoration that MMI completed on a Philadelphia apartment building using moisture-cured polyurethane.

Restaurant Roof - Grease Guards

New exhaust fan curbs were wrapped and new grease guards were installed on the roof of a restaurant. A Grease Guard Rooftop Defense System installed around the curb of exhaust fans catches any output of greases, oils, fats, or other chemicals. The Grease Guard system protects the integrity of the building’s structure and roof.

Metal flashing repair work on a shopping center business. This is a must to protect your business or home from water penetration.

Deteriorating Metal Deck Before and After

A deteriorating metal deck was replaced over a warehouse.

HVAC Penetration on a Commercial Building Before and After

The GC butchered this one. MMI made it right.

EPDM Roof on a Commercial Building Before and After

Smeared roof cement was left behind by another contractor. Incompatible materials will lead to long-term issues. MMI replaced the Polyisocyanurate insulation and EPDM.

Bryn Mawr Home Before and After

At this Bryn Mawr home, MMI installed new shingles, siding, and soffit on the new dormers; before and after pictures show the transformation.

CertainTeed

New CertainTeed vinyl siding, vented soffit, gutters, and downspouts were installed on this home in Delaware County. A beautiful upgrade!

Bradford HOA Siding Upgrade

Removed the old wood fiber siding and replaced it with new James Hardie cement board siding for an HOA. This is a beautiful upgrade, and the customer was delighted!
