Asphalt Shingle Repair/Replacement, Gutters or Downspouts Repair in Chesterfield

Inspected reported leak at 1701 Newmarket ct. found several exposed nails with loose sealant. Resealed exposed nails. Used leaf blower to check for loose shingles. Sealed one shingle that lifted with light wind. Gutter and downspout is clear. , Inspected reported problems with gutters in front of unit. Cleared gutters with blower. Gutters are all clear. On downspout empties on side walk and the other exits in the mulch. Both appear to be functioning correctly
