Asphalt Shingle Repair/Replacement in Wallingford, PA

Inspected reported leak in ceiling of bedroom. Inspected shingle area above reported leak. Used leaf blower to check shingles. Some shingles in area lifted with light wind. Sealed shingles down to prevent lifting. Found area where shingles meet neighbors flat roof that water can run under shingles. Sealed tar paper down to neighbors roof surface and sealed edge of shingle to roof. Cleared gutters and downspouts of front of unit.
