Asphalt Shingle Repair/Replacement in West Chester, PA

Inspected reported leak in second floor loft. Inspected shingles above reported leak. Used leaf blower to check shingles for movement. Found several shingles that lifted with light wind. Sealed loose shingles down. Found 4 exposed nails in gap between shingles and sealed exposed nails. Found one nail that was rusted at edge of shingle and sealed. Inspected all shingles on front and rear of house. Found nail puncture through shingle. Found staple poking through shingle.
