Repaired loose shingles. Shingles lifted easily with wind. Sealed shingles down in leak area above reported leak in unit 404 of building 7200.
Sealed nail heads on gravity vents above unit 309 of building 7200.
Sealed nails on popped up vent penetration above unit 406 of building 7100.
Reattached ridge vent to shingle surface with screw fasteners. Plywood was sagging and left large opening at top of roof section. Secured plywood and sealed screws. , Remade and installed 7ft long metal flashing missing on building 7000.
Reattached siding in 2 sections on side of building 7200. , Sealed around windows on both ends of 7000 building. Sealed small cracks around windows for leaks reported in units 102, 120, and 320 with clear sealant.
Applied waterproofing sealant around windows on units 102,202,302 and units 120,220,and 320 on front side of building.
