Asphalt Shingle Repair/Replacement, Wall Flashing, General Maintenance in Arrive Chaddsford

Repaired exposed nails on shingles above two reported leaks. One leak was over unit 406 second leak was over end units 401,301,201,101. Sealed holes in shingles and several exposed nails. , Sealed around windows in third floor in 7000 building. Window had cracks in mortar around frame. Sealed with flexible clear sealant. , Removed 4 louvers on top of building 7000. Cleaned and painted louvers and reinstalled.
