General Maintenance, Gutters or Downspouts Repair in Parx Racing

Sealed openings along edge of roof metal. Due to heavy snow melt and blocked downspouts water overflowed gutters. Water ran over back of gutters and into building. Found several openings in wall around penetrations. Sealed all openings with M-1 sealant. , Cleared all downspouts to allow water to drain. Cleared all downspouts on administration building and adjacent recreation center. Sealed gutter end cap next to entrance that was leaking water in sidewalk.
