General Maintenance in 3161 State Road

Investigated reported leak area and plenum space in Dialogic Fasteners front office. Cleared snow and ice from corresponding roof area, and inspected for waterproofing issues. Located damaged flashing at scupper drain outlet. Defrosted and dried area using blower and heat gun. Chipped away damaged and loose flashing. Repairs made using flashing cement and reinforcing fabric.
