General Maintenance in 3161 State Road

Investigated active leak areas in rear warehouse of Dialogic Fasteners. Removed large areas of ponding water and Inspected corresponding roof area for waterproofing issues. Located one open field seam local to leak area. Located damaged flashing on parapet wall above leak area. Located failed cement repairs at field seams in deep ponding area. Repair made using flashing cement and reinforcing fabric.
