Investigated reported leak area at rear wall of Henise Tire.
Cleared snow and ice from corresponding roof area and located open roof membrane at scupper drain above leak area.
Removed additional snow from surrounding area, removed standing water and thoroughly dried area for repair.
Repairs made to scupper drain and damaged areas of flashing using roofing cement and reinforcing fabric.
Sealed downspout outlet using M1 sealant.
Removed snow blocking downspout to allow water to escape away from exterior wall of building.
