General Maintenance in 3412 Progress Drive – Mezzanine

Investigated reported leak areas and plenum space. Removed snow from corresponding roof area and inspected for waterproofing issues. Located open field seam and curb flashing at local RTU. Located open seam local to leak areas. Areas dried and repairs made using flashing cement and reinforcing fabric. All field seams over leak area sealed using flashing cement and reinforcing fabric.
