Inspected corresponding roof area for damage and waterproofing issues.
Located several punctures local to lake area in rear of unit E.
Located several areas of open curb flashing, as well as areas severe deterioration to reinforced EPDM membrane local to leak area in front office of unit E.
Repairs made to punctures and open curb flashing using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
Repairs made to isolated areas of deterioration using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
Broader areas of deterioration repaired using M1 sealant.
Located damaged areas of coating local to leak area in unit G. As well as one area of severe deterioration of reinforced EPDM membrane. Areas dried and repairs made using M1 sealant.
