Investigated reported leak areas and plenums space in units A, and B.
Removed snow and ice from corresponding roof areas and inspected for waterproofing issues.
Located area of open curb flashing local to leak area in unit A.
Located damaged, and extremely worn/ brittle roof membrane and coating throughout roof areas local to leaks.
Sealed open curb flashing using M1 sealant.
Cement repairs made to several questionable areas of worn roofing material.
Measurements taken for areas where coating of roof membrane is recommended ( photos 19 & 20).
