General Maintenance in 3448 Progress Drive

Investigated reported leak area in Rays plumbing and heating and Aptive. Removed large areas of snow from corresponding roof areas and inspected roof for potential entryways for leaks. Cement repairs made to damaged areas of asphalt coating and open seam of target overlay of Rays Heating. Sealed damaged areas of coating over leak in Aptive using M1 sealant.
