Investigated reported leak areas in Phillips Hass (Lance). As well as reported leak areas in Rotech.
Removed all standing water from work areas.
Inspected corresponding roof areas for possible waterproofing issues.
Located open field seam above leak area over cubicles.
Located open field seam and damaged flashing with water leaching out above leak area in front office. Repairs made to former areas using roofing cement and reinforcing fabric.
Investigated plenum space above reported leak area in men’s restroom and located water staining coming from copper line on mini split unit in ceiling.
Investigated plenum space above reported leak area in hallway outside of conference room and located possible entryway for water at RTU power penetration. RTU condensation line found detached. Reattached condensation line. Power penetration sealed using M1 sealant.
Water tested drain over leak area in CNC showroom via plugging drain pipe elbow and filling drain with water. Water test resulted in severe leaking from drain pan. No repairs made.
