Investigated reported leak areas in Suite 208, and central hallway. Removed snow from corresponding roof areas and inspected for waterproofing issues. Located open targeted overlay over leak area in central hallway. Area thoroughly dried and repairs made using flashing cement and reinforcing fabric. Located two open seams in SBS field membrane local to leak area in suite 208. Area thoroughly dried and repairs made using flashing cement and reinforcing fabric.
