Investigated reported leak areas in front offices and vestibule of administration building. Inspected corresponding roof areas for potential waterproofing issues. Located unsealed gap between gutter, and corrugated metal roofing over leak areas in offices. Area cleaned and gap sealed using M1 Sealant. Located missing weatherproofing insulation beneath metal headwall flashing over leak area in vestibule. Area filled using backer rod and sealed using M1 sealant.
