Investigated reported leak area and plenum space outside of restrooms. Additional active leak area identified.
Cleared standing water and mud from corresponding roof areas and inspected for damage and waterproofing issues.
Located several opening along field membrane seams local to leak area outside bathrooms. Repairs made using flashing cement and reinforcing fabric.
Leaking outside of restrooms remained constant throughout time of service indicating a possible HVAC related issue. Opened local HVAC unit and found excess water overflowing condensation pan. Water removed from unit base and condensation pan and drain cleared.
Located large openings in field membrane at two concave areas of roof deck over leak areas in rear. Repairs made using flashing cement and reinforcing fabric.
