General Maintenance in Cherry Hill Township, NJ

Investigated infrared room for signs of roof leaks. Inspected corresponding roof area for potential waterproofing issues. Removed mud and standing water from roof drain area local to reported leak area. Probed all seams and penetrations over infrared room. Located several small openings in field membrane seams, as well as several small welding burns along field membrane seams local suspected leak locations. All areas cleaned and primed. Repairs made using 6” TPO cover strip and lap sealant.
