General Maintenance in Cherry Hill Township, NJ

Investigated reported leak area near front entrance of Bobs Furniture. Inspected exterior front wall, canopy and rear of signage wall on roof for potential waterproofing issues. Located small gaps and cracks in mortar, and open area of termination bar on rear of signage wall over leak area. Sealed damaged areas using Solar Seal sealant. Located damaged/ open conduit at one electrical penetration. Repairs made using TPO flashing.
