Located many loose fasteners and unsealed fastener holes in metal roof local to leak area. Repairs made using M1 sealant.
Located gap in siding transition and empty fastener holes on local HVAC RTU. Repairs made using clear sealant.
Checked HVAC condensation line for clogs.
Inspected interior of HVAC unit. Small puddle of water observed in blower compartment.
