Inspected report of water leaking in basement of 907 Winchester Court. Investigated wall in basement water appears to be coming through wall from ground level outside. Clear dirt away from wall outside wall has cinder box that stick out and appear to be the source of the location of the leak. Sealed several joints between cinderblocks that were open. Cinderblocks should be cleaned and sealed to eliminate them as a source of the problem. Inspected gutters and downspout on neighbors. Unit gutter is clear downspout is clear and functioning does not seem to be the source of the problem. Sealed metal flashing against wall above gutter to divert water away from wall.
