Investigated reported leak area in prepared food near sushi case.
Cleaned large area of roof over and above grade of leak area, and inspected roof for waterproofing issues.
Located one small puncture along field seam beside unit above grade of leak area. Repairs made using 6” flashing and lap sealant.
Located one open electrical penetration slightly below grade of leak area. Sealed penetration using lap sealant.
Inspected interior of large unit in line with leak area and located evidence of water having spilled over condensation pan.
Sealed all seam across unit base using M1 sealant.
