General Maintenance in Hillview S.C – Edge Fitness

Investigated reported leak area near dumbbell rack. Cleared standing water from corresponding roof area and inspected for waterproofing issues. Located open flashing along base of overflow scupper drain. Thoroughly cleaned area and resealed scupper drain. Located one small puncture in TPO field membrane local to leak area. Repaired puncture using 6” TPO flashing and lap sealant. Cleared obstruction and debris from remaining roof drain grates.
