Inspected built in gutters on canopy over salad works for potential cause of soffit damage. Located two small punctures in EPDM membrane local to gutter downspout outlet. Repairs made using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant. Located unsealed area of coping where coping meets wall. Repairs made using M1 sealant. Sealed coping and drip edge in interior of gutters using M1 sealant.
