General Maintenance in Horsham, PA

Inspected gutters, windows, metal roof overhang, and signage wall for potential waterproofing issues. Located holes in singage wall, and failed sealant on canopy window. Sealed window, signage wall and signage using clear sealant. Plugged downspout and filled gutter with water, resulting in no leaking. Upon closer inspection of drain pipe, a crack was identified in tee fitting. Water test performed on neighboring flat roof canopy of Horsham Pizza resulted in heavy leaking.
