General Maintenance in Horsham Point – Giant

Investigated leak area and plenum space in Giant Direct. Inspected roof area and HVAC unit over leak area for waterproofing issues. Located suspected entry point for leak in gap between unit base and top of unit curb. Sealed all accessible areas of gap using M1 sealant.
