General Maintenance in Montgomery Square

Investigated reported leak areas and plenum space in upstairs hallway. Inspected corresponding built in gutter/drain areas above, clearing snow and ice where necessary for access. Located fully stopped drains at each leak location. Inspected drain outlets in sidewalk front of building where they were observed to be completely frozen, preventing water from draining.
