General Maintenance in North Wales, PA

Investigated reported leak area in Boot Barn sales floor. Inspected corresponding roof area for potential waterproofing issues. Probing all local seams and flashings. No roof issues found. Inspected interior of HVAC RTU above leak area and located wet insulation in base of unit, as well as heavy condensation dripping from coil and splashing over condensation pan. Ensured unit condensation line was clear and sealed exterior of unit, vacant screw holes and gas line using M1 sealant.
