Investigated reported leak area over staff lockers. Upon close inspection of refrigeration line running over leak area, dripping was observed coming through foam insulation around one area of refrigeration line. Leak in this area is not suspected to be due to a roof related issue.
, Investigated reported leak area and plenum space in bakery kitchen.
Inspected corresponding roof area and located three punctures in TPO field membrane local to leak area. Punctures repaired using 6” TPO flashing and lap sealant.
Sealed several areas on exterior of HVAC unit over leak area using M1 sealant.
