Water test resulted in leaking in three locations within plenum space upon hosing area of roofing around Front most HVAC curb and two exhaust fans front of store.
Located one area of delaminating curb flashing along exhaust fans front curb flashings.
Located some minor delamination along curb flashings of HVAC unit.
Repairs made using 6” and 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant., Located one puncture in EPDM field membrane beside exhaust fan.
Repairs made using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
