General Maintenance, Punctures/Slices in Maple Shade Shopping Cemter

Investigated reported leak area and plenum space over register. Removed snow and ice from corresponding roof area and inspected for waterproofing issues. Located gap between shingles and drip edge above leak area. Sealed gap using M1 sealant. Located possible entryway for water at seam of shingles. Sealed using M1 sealant. Removed snow and ice damming where possible at nearest scupper drains., Located one puncture in EPDM field membrane. Repairs made using 9” EPDM Flashing and lap sealant.
