Investigated reported leak in apartment on 20th floor.
Inspected roof area over mechanical room and located two exhaust fans with electrical penetrations incorrectly installed. Disassembled exhaust fan cap and correctly reassembled electrical conduit.
Located many areas of damage and wear along uncoated section of parapet wall. Coated wall using Tri-Built 981.
Sealed open conduit along wall of mechanical room.
Sealed open areas of metal flashing around roof access latter using M1 sealant., Located two small punctures in EPDM field membrane of mechanical room roof. Repairs made using white 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
