General Maintenance, Roof Drain Installation/Repairs in Haddon Township, NJ

Investigated reported leak area in Cork N Bottle. Inspected corresponding roof area for damage and potential waterproofing issues. Located unsealed electrical penetrations, in two HVAC curbs, over leak areas reported in central aisle. Repairs made using M1 sealant., Located delaminating flashings in scupper drain over reported leak area along rear wall/ over shelving. Delaminating flashings trimmed where possible. Repairs made using 9” Flashing and lap sealant.
