Inspected 3 reported leaks.
Leak in sportsbook section was coming from an old curb cap with holes that have become uncovered and sit under water. Sealed holes in curb cap. Two other parks we not leaking during heavy rain. RTU above security room had clogged condensation drain and was cleared during visit.
Third leak had areas of peeled coating that will need to be repaired.
Found loose roof membrane under top of curb that had been curled down and letting water get behind roof membrane. Sealed loose membrane. , Inspected areas with loose coating. Removed loose coating and repaired with silicone mastic. Repaired several areas on lower main roof and several large punctures on upper roof.
