Gutters or Downspouts Repair, General Maintenance in East Windsor, NJ

Cleared gutters of debris and inspected for potential waterproofing issues. Located two areas of damaged flashing at gutter seams. Removed damaged flashing where possible and thoroughly cleaned and dried areas. Sealed gutter seams and rivets using 9” EPDM flashing and M1 sealant. , Located damaged/ failed sealant along metal canopy counter flashing. Located unsealed counter flashing on neighboring canopy. Sealed counter flashing using Geocel clear sealant.
