600 Durham ct- checked all downspouts and gutters. Gutters in side and rear were clogged with leaves and debris. Cleared all leaves and blew out downspouts. All gutters appear to be functioning correctly. There is a small depression up against the house under downspout that probably holds water up against the foundation and should be filled.
1702 Newmarket ct. closer up hole in shingle. Installed metal behind gutter. Wood fascia has rotted and become brittle. WOOD SHOULD BE REPLACED. Installed metal behind gutter and under shingle to prevent hole from opening again. Wood will need to be replaced and covered with metal flashing to make repairs permanent.
