Inspected inside bedroom of 2014 Hydrangea Court and observed water damage on baseboard. Inspected exterior wall and gutters above affected area inspected shingles on rear of roof section. Found no damage to shingles or gutters. Inspected downspouts for proper drainage, downspouts empty into PVC pipe. Drainage system backs up and overflows out of connection between downspout and PVC pipe. It goes under paver patio. Exit to downspout system was buried under the grass and Blocked over approximately 1 foot of mud. Cleared downspout system exit and flushed with water. Water drains slow, cleared drainpipe of approximately 10 pounds of roof granules and other debris, replaced pop-up cap at end of drainage system. Tested drainage system with water, drainage system now flows correctly.
