Open Seams in Bensalem, PA

Investigated reported leak area in Parx East lobby. Inspected corresponding roof area for potential waterproofing issues. Located large opening in field membrane seam above leak area. Located several additional small openings in local field membrane seams and along parapet wall. Repairs made to outlined areas using moisture cure polyurethane mastic and reinforcing fabric.
