Open Seams in Norriton Square- Salon Centric

Inspected reported leak in front of store. Inspected roof above reported leak. Roof drain is filled with water. Roof drain line runs access store and out rear wall. End of roof drain downspout was blocked and frozen solid. Cleared end of downspout. Downspout pipe is 6” PVC and cracked from freezing. Pipe is frozen solid and will need warmer temps to thaw out. Pipe will need to be replaced. Sealed seams above reported leak around drain due to small openings found.
