Open Seams, Penetration Flashing in Horsham Point

Repaired opening in seam between walk pads next to large unit. , Sealed exhaust vent on top of large unit. New top has been installed the same as previous caps. The cap is smaller than the duct itself attached to which leaves openings exposed to water. Wrapped cap with EPDM flashing to prevent water from getting in ductwork.
