Open Seams, Punctures/Slices in Philadelphia, PA

Investigated reported leak area in apartment 836. Inspected corresponding roof area and located openings in field membrane seam beneath cover strip and roof cement repairs. Removed improper roof cement repairs where possible, cleaned and primed open areas, and flashed open seams using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant., Located two punctures in EPDM field membrane. Areas cleaned and primed, punctures patched using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
