Open Seams, Punctures/Slices in West Chester, PA

Found small opening in seam around HVAC unit above reported leak. Roof membrane is not sealed correctly and glue deteriorated, leaving opening in corner. Flash unit on three side to seal remaining seam. , Repaired 10 punctures found throughout resection above Goodwill. Roof membrane is very weathered and has a tendency to crack. Found large area at edge of roof where a roof membrane. It completely warned through repaired with EPDM flashing.
