Open Seams, Wall Flashing in Bensalem, PA

Investigated reported leak areas in Haas, unit B and C. Inspected corresponding roof areas and located several open seams local to leak locations. Cleared areas of any dirt, debris and standing water. Repairs made using roof cement and reinforcing fabric., Located damaged/ open flashing along rear parapet wall above leak near electrical panel. Repairs made using roof cement and reinforcing fabric.
