Penetration Flashing, General Maintenance in Fishtown Crossing

Investigated reported leak area and plenum space in Chipotle (kitchen near exit sign). Inspected corresponding roof area and located delaminating flashings at target patch/ overlay and corner of HVAC curb flashing. Opened delaminated area and thoroughly cleaned and roof membrane. Repairs made using 9”EPDM flashing and lap sealant. , HVAC unit over leak area was missing a plug in the unit base. Seals opening in unit base using EPDM flashing.
