Wrapped openings on penetrations in area of reported leak. , Inspected reported leak in front section of giant. Reported leak under ductwork coming from small unit above. Unit has flex ductwork coming out of the side of solid metal ductwork is pinched closed due to an angle and weight. Doctor work coming to from unit is wet and has condensation along sides and insulation falling off. Small duct coming off of unit has air blowing out of it and insulation fallen off. Air is blowing onto wet ductwork. HVAC should be repair repaired. It is believed that the source of the leak on the tile below.
