Penetration Flashing in 3439 Progress Drive – AVO

Investigated reported leak area and plenum space in AVO. Inspected corresponding roof and located open flashing at deleted vent penetration. Removed delaminated flashing and thoroughly cleaned area. Resituated plywood and applied new EPDM flashing. Located long tearing/ wear with large puncture in reinforced EPDM membrane, further away from leak area. Patched punctured area of tearing using 9” EPDM flashing and lap sealant.
