Penetration Flashing in Arrive Valley Forge

Inspected two leaks in buildings two and three. Maintenance on site showed us to roof and open HVAC line set penetrations. Sealed open penetrations in the area above reported leaks. Rubber caps are deteriorating, leaving openings around penetrations and unused areas.
